We’re hiring senior lash artists!

Overview

We are a new lash studio located in Kitsilano, Vancouver. Our studio specializes exclusively in eyelash extensions & lash lifts, and we are currently hiring lash technicians to join our team. The salon is newly renovated, innovative, clean, and you will be provided with a comfortable working environment. Our absolute priority is that clients' lashes are treated properly and safely, so we are looking for technicians who feel the same way.

Key Features

  • Large newly renovated space with a comfortable reception area for clients, spacious open treatment area, and comfortable staff room in the back to relax in.

  • Keypad access, so there will be no need to coordinate with key-holders.

  • Online booking system which allows clients to make appointments themselves, and employees to easily view their schedules. Our system will send text and email reminders to the clients to help them remember their appointments.

  • Flexible work hours, open to discussion on availability.

  • No-show/cancellation protection, to ensure that you do not waste your time. Clients are required to leave a credit card to reserve an appointment, so you will still get paid, even if your client does not show up, or cancels last minute.

Typical Job Tasks

  • Open or close the store if you have the first or last appointment of the day.

  • Collect, store, and record payments from clients for services provided or products purchased on our PoS system.

  • Keep your work area tidy, disinfect tools after use.

  • Apply a beautiful set of lash extensions on your clients.

Compensation

  • Our employees are entirely paid on commission, so you get a percentage of every appointment price, plus 100% of all tips.

  • We cover all expenses: supplies (lashes, glue, tweezers, etc.), equipment, rent, and insurance for all of our technicians. You won't have to worry about a thing.

  • There is ample room for wage increases, and we won't hesitate to give raises to employees who are performing well.

Requirements

  • 1 year+ experience in lash extensions is required

  • Genuine care for the health of clients' natural lashes

  • Proficient in English, able to communicate effectively
